The harvest is carried out with the slightly overripe grape, to achieve a good balance between its natural sweetness and at the same time, to obtain a fresh and integrated wine.

Color
Pale yellow as the reflection of dawn, clean and bright, with shades denoting freshness and youth.

Nose
It has great aromatic intensity, with a floral character of jasmine or orange blossom, which recalls the characteristics of a malvasia with a higher level of maturity.

Mouth
The balance between sweetness and freshness stands out. We are dealing with a wine with high aromatic persistence and easy passage that invites you to continue enjoying it.
