In the month of September we like to get out of the routine, with some original and different proposals that we bring you so that you can get to know them and enjoy them at Finca Testeina, if you are or are going to travel to the island of Lanzarote in the coming weeks.
As a main novelty, this next Friday, September 23, at 12:00 p.m., we have incorporated into our winery the first experience from Synesthetic Tasting from the Canary Islands This experience comes to Lanzarote with a very special sensory blind tasting of our first Diego grape sparkling wine, Brut Nature. Princesa Fayna.
The experience is presented in the format of a musical work, whose melody evolves along with the wine itself during the blind tasting. The musical work has been created exclusively to feel the emotions that this elegant wine transmits to us and to explore your own.
The music you will listen to has been developed with state-of-the-art sound technology that produces a three-dimensional sound effect (360º) and generates a unique sound-emotional environment so that the wine tasting experience is incredible. The blind tasting is done with Silent System(®) wireless headphones, known for innovative and original silent events.
The result is not only that you enjoy the wine, but that you feel immersed in a very special personal and individual experience.
The complete activity has a total duration of about 90 minutes and includes, in addition to the tasting, a guided tour of the vineyards and stately home of Finca Testeina (16th century).
After the visit, the synesthetic tasting will be carried out with the Princesa Fayna sparkling wine (100% Diego grape aged for 33 months) and pairing of signature chocolate bonbon (vegan), made with the same Brut Nature, with a gold layer and a strawberry chocolate casing and a white chocolate ganache center (W2 Callebaut).
This experience is created exclusively for adults and Spanish language. The places are very small, with a maximum of 10 people, so it is necessary that you make your reservation in advance through our page. web.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., respectively, you can also take a guided tour and wine tasting with artisanal chocolate pairing at Finca Testeina. On Tuesdays it is done in English and on Thursdays in Spanish. This experience includes a guided visit to Finca Testeina and an eco-tasting of two wines from our winery with a pairing of artisanal chocolate.
