This website is made available to users so that they can purchase the products offered online and take advantage of special offers and promotions, if any. <\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>All content on the website, including text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO SAT or third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by current intellectual property legislation may be understood to have been transferred to the User.<\/p><p> <\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong> <\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>USER REGISTRATION:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Purchasing through the BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO SAT online shop requires the User to register on the Portal.<\/p><p>The User must register by providing their full name and email address.<\/p><p>The User must accept these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.<\/p><p>Once the User has successfully registered on the website, they can access \u2018My Account\u2019, where they can modify their personal details and information related to order delivery, check whether they have any pending orders, and request invoices for their orders. They also have the option to cancel their account at any time, indicating the reason for cancellation. <\/p><p> <\/p><ul><li><strong>PRICES:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Product prices are indicated next to the image of each item. Prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). <\/p><p>Any promotions or discounts, if applicable, will be clearly specified in the corresponding item.<\/p><p>The prices listed in the online shop do not include shipping costs. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER ACCEPTANCE:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Once the purchase process is complete, the User will receive an email at the address provided, specifying the product characteristics, price, selected delivery method, contract date, order number and approximate delivery date.<\/p><ul><li><strong>RETURN POLICY:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>To make a return, the customer must send an email to <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@vegadeyuco.es\">pedidos@vegadeyuco.es,<\/a> indicating their details, order number, product(s) and reason for cancellation.<\/p><p>To proceed with the return, the following must be taken into account:<\/p><ol><li>You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to cancel the purchase and return the products purchased. However, products that have been mistreated, modified or altered may not comply with this policy and therefore may not be accepted at the time of return. If the latter occurs, we will contact the User by email to inform them.
