During two intense days, Bodegas Vega de Yuco and the , daughter of the aboriginal queen of Lanzarote Fayna who also gives her name to the new brut nature of the winery. These two stories will also pair with rosé broke into the Volcanic Kitchen Festival with an original joint proposal for a food and wine experience and a pairing of tapas and wines.
The experience of Synesthetic Tasting with Brut Nature Princesa Fayna and a tapa of 'Coastal noodles with sea urchin sauce foam', prepared by chef Nauzet Santana Barreto, made the visitors and people who came to the Puerto del Carmen Varadero fall in love with this original activity.
The new 2022 Malvasía Volcánica wines from the Esencia Yaiza and Vega de Yuco lines also paired with the tapas of 'Octopus takoyaki with panko' and 'Black coastal noodles with sea urchin sauce foam', created by the restaurant for this festival of Taste Lanzarote. To finish, the executive chef of Puerto Bahía recreated a sweet Catalan cream with Jable sweet potato that delighted those looking for a healthy and artisanal dessert, with local products.
The festival returned to the island's gastronomic scene with great force and a spectacular massive response and successful reception, both by the resident public and by tourists who also attended the event.
From Bodegas Vega de Yuco and the Puerto Bahía Restaurant, they thank all the visitors and people who enjoyed the experience and proposal for pairing tapas and wines, offered at both stands.
