We sunbathe muscatel and malvasía to obtain a prolonged over-maturation. Vintage on 1996 solera. Mix of different vintages and aged for 7 months in 225-liter Hungarian oak barrels.
It goes well with cured cheeses and foie gras, as well as all kinds of desserts.
Its balance between sweetness and acidity, its elegant structure make it the finishing touch of a good meal.
Awards: 2011 - Best image of the Canary Islands in the Official Wine Competition of the Canary Islands Agrocanarias 2011. Silver Medal in the XXIV Regional Contest of Bottled Wines Canarias Alhóndiga 2011.
