The Muscat grape is harvested overripe from the plant. Subsequently, a gentle pressing is carried out and it is partially fermented, interrupting the fermentation with wine alcohol. The beginning of the solera dates from 1996, replacing the losses only the years that are considered very good.
Excellent accompanying cured cheeses, especially appetizers. Serving temperature: 16ºC
