Princesa Gara represents the enological summit of the whites of Lanzarote. A single varietal of malvasia volcanic in its quintessential.
Starting from completely artisanal cultivation methods, the magic of Gara begins with the grapes harvested by hand in the later volcanic areas of the island. Subjected to a rigorous manual selection, only the best bunches are destined for its production. After several months of maturation in the cellar, we managed to obtain a product that we can undoubtedly qualify as a highly expressive wine.
A deep wine, full of nuances and sensations to enjoy with all the senses.
The dry and fruity notes of a wine such as dry Gara are the best option to accompany grilled vegetables, baked fish and stewed artichokes. It is also an ideal companion for recipes such as salmon poké, ceviches and vinaigrette dishes, as it highlights the intensity of these flavors.
