Semi-sweet Yaiza Essence is exclusively made with Malvasia Volcánica.
The harvest is carried out with the slightly overripened grape to achieve a good balance between the natural sweetness of the grape and at the same time to obtain a fresh and integrated wine.
Yaiza semi-sweet is the perfect companion for medium to high-ripening cheeses and fruit-based desserts.
