The first sparkling wine Bodegas Vega de Yuco breathes modernity and elegance and at the same time respect for the territory and the traditional viticulture of Lanzarote. Princesa de Fayna, aboriginal queen of the island, is the winery's new commitment to preserve and enhance the oldest wine legacy in Lanzarote.
The grapes used come from the natural area around the Juan Bello mountain, specifically from plots located in a cold area of the island. From centuries-old vineyards, where this variety of grape reigns par excellence, its cultivation is traditional, artisanal and in a hole. It is also harvested later than other varieties.
It goes perfectly with canapés, oysters, a good plate of ham, cheese, nuts and, in general, with any type of starter. Ideal to accompany and continue with fish, shellfish and rice dishes. It also pairs with meats, roasts, poultry and seasoned dishes and laborious culinary preparations.
