Princesa Gara red is the wine with which we wanted to discover the island of Lanzarote as a land of great reds.
It is made with grapes from the plots that surround the winery; one of the few vineyard slopes that we can find in Lanzarote. They are stony and shallow soils, whose harvests are of very low production, but exceptional in quality.
After its fermentation, it is aged for six months in oak barrels from the best French coopers.
Color
Dense, with a high cape and violet edges.
Nose
We are dealing with a wine of high aromatic intensity. Violets take the olfactory role, seasoned with notes of toffee and coffee.
Mouth
The palate is powerful, with sweet tannins that lengthen its passage and with roasted nuances, typical of its aging in wood.
A red at the same time silky, structured and full of contrasts. Ready to drink immediately, but it will be even better after a while in the bottle, thus providing great satisfaction.
