Born from the mixture of our best grape varieties, through traditional press.
Grape variety: 85% Malvasia volcanica, 10% Muscat, 5% Diego.
Typology: Semi-sweet white wine.
Alcoholic grade: 12 % vol.
Elaboration: The grapes are rigorously selected, pressing only those that are in a state of perfect ripeness and health. From the drained and smoother pressing, the must is extracted, which after cleaning ferments slowly at about 15ºC. When there are about 20 gr. of sugars, the fermentation is interrupted by cooling it to a temperature of 0º C, and then it is passed through microfiltration, which guarantees its stabilization.
Organoleptic characteristics: Pale straw yellow color, transparent and bright. Intense, frank and clean aroma, with tones of flowers, tropical fruit and vanilla. Intensity in the mouth with a balance between acidity and sweetness and a marked aftertaste.
Awards: 2015 - Silver Alhóndiga in the XXIX Regional Contest of Bottled Wines of the Canary Islands Alhóndiga, in the category of semi-sweet whites
