www.vegadeyuco.es is the website of BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO, S.A.T, with registered address at Camino del Cabezo, s/n, CP 35572 – Masdache – Lanzarote, with Tax Identification Number V35474881. This website is made available to users so that they can purchase the products offered online and take advantage of special offers and promotions, if any.

2. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY:

All content on the website, including text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO SAT or third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by current intellectual property legislation may be understood to have been transferred to the User.

3. CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• USER REGISTRATION:

Purchasing through the BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO SAT online shop requires the User to register on the Portal.

The User must register by providing their full name and email address.

The User must accept these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

Once the User has successfully registered on the website, they can access ‘My Account’, where they can modify their personal details and information related to order delivery, check whether they have any pending orders, and request invoices for their orders. They also have the option to cancel their account at any time, indicating the reason for cancellation.

• PRICES:

Product prices are indicated next to the image of each item. Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Any promotions or discounts, if applicable, will be clearly specified in the corresponding item.

The prices listed in the online shop do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs policy is outlined in section 3.3.

• PAYMENT METHOD:

The following payment methods are accepted for purchases:

1. Debit or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.), via virtual POS terminal.
2. Payment via PayPal.

BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO SAT does not have access to the bank details linked to the payment methods and does not know or record this information during the payment transaction.

• 3. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

Once the purchase process is complete, the User will receive an email at the address provided, specifying the product characteristics, price, selected delivery method, contract date, order number and approximate delivery date.

• RETURN POLICY:

To make a return, the customer must send an email to pedidos@vegadeyuco.es, indicating their details, order number, product(s) and reason for cancellation.

To proceed with the return, the following must be taken into account:

1. You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to cancel the purchase and return the products purchased. After this period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If the product has not left our warehouses, BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO SAT will proceed to refund the corresponding amount, after ensuring that payment has been received by card, bank transfer, PayPal, or bank transfer. If the order has already left the warehouses, the amount will be refunded after ensuring that the requirements of section b) have been met.
4. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which payment is verified or the product is received at our warehouses.
5. If the order has arrived with any defect or does not correspond to the description provided, the User has the right to return the product. Once the products have been returned, they will be inspected by BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO SAT at our warehouse. If a defect or fault is found, or if it is determined that the product does not correspond to your order, you will be refunded the amount in accordance with applicable law. However, products that have been mistreated, modified or altered may not comply with this policy and therefore may not be accepted at the time of return. If the latter occurs, we will contact the User by email to inform them. If, ultimately, the return meets the established requirements, your refund will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

The relationship between BODEGAS VEGA DE YUCO SAT and the User shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. All disputes and claims arising from this legal notice shall be resolved by the Spanish courts and tribunals.
