Bodegas Vega de Yuco is a young company founded in 1997. Its goal is to obtain a quality product by combining traditional production methods with new technologies, always respecting the environment and ensuring food safety. This has led us to adopt an integrated management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000 standards, and to implement a Quality, Environment and Food Safety Policy based on the following premises:

  1. Define, implement, evaluate and update a Quality, Environment and Food Safety management system, ensuring that the system reflects the activities of the
  2. To understand and meet the needs and expectations of our customers, bearing in mind at all times compliance with applicable legal regulations, as well as the requirements arising from the commitments made by the company.

  7. Inform the customer, as far in advance as possible, of any incidents that may occur in the provision of the service, thereby minimising their impact. Analyse these incidents, as well as non-conformities and complaints, in order to eliminate their causes and prevent their recurrence.
