Famara Sweet Muscatel

The volcanic soil and sub-desert climate of Lanzarote, with its prevailing Atlantic and trade winds, give our Muscat of Alexandria special characteristics. It is a large grape that is harvested late and by hand. Very aromatic with hints of muscat. For Famara Sweet Muscat, the grapes are also picked when overripe on the vine. The grapes are then gently pressed and left to ferment spontaneously. It is then gently pressed and left to ferment spontaneously. Until bottling, it finishes ageing in oak barrels. An elegant muscatel, slowly and carefully crafted.
