Princesa Gara represents the pinnacle of Lanzarote white wines. A unique volcanic Malvasia grape variety in its quintessence.

Starting with completely traditional cultivation methods, the magic of Gara begins with grapes harvested by hand in the island’s latest-ripening volcanic areas. Subjected to rigorous manual selection, only the best bunches are used for production. After several months of ageing in the cellar, we obtain a product that can undoubtedly be described as a wine of high expression.

Colour
Attractive pale gold with greenish glints and great clarity.

Nose
The first impression brings to mind tropical fruits such as lychee and mango. As we delve deeper, it evolves into fragrant citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit.

Palate
On the palate, it is unctuous, long and persistent. These characteristics are extraordinarily balanced with a degree of acidity that gives it great freshness and liveliness.
