Gara Rosado

Princesa Gara rosé is a step up from our Listan Negro. After a rigorous selection of bunches, which are then pressed directly without maceration with the skins, we obtain a must with a light colour but full of sensations. After fermentation, we keep it in the cellar for several months, working its lees, thus gaining in smoothness and tempering its natural freshness.

Colour
Delicate pale salmon pink and transparent, in the style of Provençal rosés.

Nose
Delicate and deep, with medium-high aromatic intensity, highlighting floral notes of violets.

Palate
Fresh yet dense and unctuous, long-lasting with great aromatic persistence.
