Vega de Yuco Dry

Vega de Yuco comes from our most classic Malvasía grapes, selected from plots in the warmest areas, where the level of ripeness is highest. After rigorous selection in the winery, fermentation is slow and careful, with moderate temperature control.

Colour
Pale yellow like the reflection of dawn, clean and bright, with tones that denote freshness and youthfulness.

Nose
Intense, clean aromas with hints of white and aromatic flowers, orange blossom and jasmine, crowned by a citrus scent of bergamot.

Palate
On the palate, it is dense, meaty and has an unbeatable long finish. A wine that projects the essence of our volcanic soil, made for the enjoyment of those who taste it.
