Grape variety: Single variety of Listán Negro.
Type: Red wine.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Production: Wine made from Listán Negro grapes. After rigorous selection, the fruit undergoes cryomaceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in the presence of the skins and seeds.
Organoleptic characteristics: Ruby red in colour, clean and bright. Intense aromas of red and black fruits, especially blackberries. Fresh, pleasant on the palate, long and very pleasant aftertaste.

Vega de Yuco red wine pairs perfectly with any charcuterie board, semi-cured cheeses, white meats, vegetable stews and legumes. A wine that stands out for its ability to combine flavours.
