Yaiza Blanco Semi-Sweet

Esencia de Yaiza semi-sweet is made exclusively from Malvasía Volcánica grapes.

The harvest is carried out with slightly overripe grapes in order to achieve a good balance between their natural sweetness and, at the same time, obtain a fresh and integrated wine.

Colour
Pale yellow like the reflection of dawn, clean and bright, with tones that denote freshness and youthfulness.

Nose
It has great aromatic intensity, with a floral character reminiscent of jasmine or orange blossom, reminiscent of the characteristics of a more mature Malvasia.

Palate
The balance between sweetness and freshness stands out. This is a wine with high aromatic persistence and an easy finish that invites you to continue enjoying it.
