Yaiza Red Wine

Esencia de Yaiza red wine is made from the finest Listán Negro grapes, which arrive at our winery from century-old vineyards tended by winegrowers who love the land and take pride in their work. A wine aged in oak barrels from the finest cooperages. It is the ultimate expression of the unique and surprising character of a variety grown exclusively in the Canary Islands.

Colour
With violet hues, it has a medium-high body that will turn ruby red over time.

Nose
The nose is elegant and varietal. The marked personality of Listán Negro blends with notes of toasted oak, red fruits, toffee and coffee. A wine that is broad and deep on the palate.

Palate
Atlantic in character, fresh and smooth on the palate, reminiscent of the roasted notes of the barrels. Clearly unctuous on the palate.
