Yaiza Rosé

Esencia de Yaiza rosé comes exclusively from the Listán Negro grape variety and is made using the traditional bleeding method.

This is a traditional-style rosé. It stands out for its deep colour and intense fruitiness.

Colour
An intense traditional rosé from Lanzarote, with violet hues in its youth, which evolve towards ruby tones as it matures.

Nose
It brings back memories of ripe red fruit, such as strawberries and raspberries. Its aroma is characteristic of our favourite variety: Listán Negro.

Palate
On the palate, it is dense and consistent, with tannic nuances that support its freshness. It is a wine with a long finish and a marked fruity aftertaste.
