The Malvasía Volcánica, dry whites 2023, obtain two silver medals in the 21st edition of the prestigious DWWA
For the fourth year, the wines of Bodegas Vega de Yuco obtain medals in the awards Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA).
The Volcanic Ducks'essence Yaiza’ y ‘Vega de Yuco', both dry whites from the 2023 harvest, once again revalidate medals in this 21st edition. Specifically, in 2024 they will win two silver medals.
The DWWA awards are today considered one of the most important and prestigious international wine competitions in the world. Through these awards, the winemaking excellence of different regions is highlighted. In this edition, 18,143 wines from 57 different countries have been judged. 243 specialized judges from 33 countries, including 20 Master Sommeliers and 61 Masters of Wine, have scored the more than 18,000 references presented.
