Yaiza White Organic

Esencia de Yaiza Ecológico is a single vineyard wine made exclusively from old volcanic Malvasía vines. The two plots, located in a warm area of the village of Masdache, are cultivated exclusively using organic methods.

Colour
It is a clean and transparent wine with golden yellow hues.

Nose
On the nose, we find notes of ripeness, with aromas of lychee, rose and orange blossom, all characteristic features of a highly mature Malvasia.

Palate
It is dense and unctuous on the palate, warm to the taste, with optimal acidity that gives it freshness.
