Pink Princess Gara is one step ahead of our Black List. After a rigorous selection of clusters that are then directly pressed without maceration with the skins, we obtain a yolk must with little color, but full of sensations. After fermentation we keep it in the cellar for several months working on its lees, thus gaining smoothness and tempering its natural freshness.
A modern wine with a cosmopolitan character that never ceases to amaze with its freshness and elegance.
The freshness of this rosé is capable of wrapping the highest quality sausages. It can also go hand in hand with the most classic risottos and pasta dishes of Italian cuisine and pairs perfectly with tasty baked fish.
