This is our interpretation of Portuguese green wines, a fresh wine, with sparkle thanks to the carbonic content and which will delight younger and restless consumers.
Pairing: Ideal for foie gras, dishes with sweet and sour sauces (curries, etc ...), fish and some desserts. Silky and fresh at the same time, it is an excellent vegetable companion, risotto. Serving temperature: 8ºC.
