Famara red is the most classic expression of our black listán, matures in the cellar for the time necessary to obtain a friendly and genuine wine. Traditionally made by macerating the grape with its skins for 6-7 days, this way we obtain a layer of intense color and a classic wine from Lanzarote
Famara red combines perfectly with Pasta dishes with traditional sauces, white meats and aged cheeses
