Esencia de Yaiza ecológico is a parcel wine made exclusively with old strains of volcanic malvasia. The two plots, located in a warm area of the town of Masdache, are worked exclusively by organic cultivation.
An essential wine for lovers of the most genuine side of Lanzarote. A white that pairs perfectly with the fish of the island or to take with its fresh or semi-cured cheeses.
