The volcanic soil and the subdesert climate of Lanzarote, with a predominance of the Atlantic and the Trade winds, give special characteristics to our Moscatel de Alejandría. It is a large grape harvested late and manually. Very aromatic and with hints of muscat. For Famara Sweet Moscatel the grapes are also picked overripe from the
plant. Subsequently, gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation stop are carried out. Until bottling, it finishes its aging in oak wood. Elegant muscatel, slow and pampered process.
