Esencia de Yaiza ecológico is a parcel wine made exclusively with old strains of volcanic malvasia. The two plots, located in a warm area of ​​the town of Masdache, are worked exclusively by organic cultivation.

Color
It is a clean and transparent wine, with shades of golden yellow.

Nose
On the nose we find notes of maturity, with aromas of lychee, rose and orange blossom, all of them characteristic features of a highly ripe malvasia.

Mouth
The palate is dense and creamy, it is warm on the palate, with an optimal acidity that gives it freshness.
